*The National Criminal Screen provides a broad view of criminal record history within the US. National Criminal Databases are for reference only; they are not guaranteed to contain a record of an individual. Only about 2/3 of the 3,007 counties in the United States roll up to the National Criminal Database, and the data is not guaranteed to be current. Therefore, the data from the National Criminal Screening can be old or incomplete. For example, New York counties do not report to the National Criminal database.
