What can I use my benefit hours for?

Helpr backup care benefits help cover employees for sporadic, part-time care needs. It does not subsidize care with a full time employee or household employees. 

• You can use your hours to cover care from your own provider for children, adults and elderly persons who are covered by your benefit through the Upload Your Own Provider option. With this option, you will pay a low hourly copay, quoted in-app. Restrictions apply. 
• Helpr benefit hours can also be used toward session credits for Helpr Online 
• You may be able to use your hours with backup care centers and programs of your choice, for children and adults.
