What happens if a Helpr Network Sitter or provider goes over or under our scheduled time?
Both providers and Helpr Network Sitters can update the hours of a booking on their end in their web based portal. Updates just need to be made within 24 hours of the booking end time to ensure accurate payment is sent in a timely manner. Our billing team will adjust your hours, copay, and their payment accordingly. Bookings with Helpr Network Sitters have a 4 hour minimum, while bookings with Personal Uploaded Providers have a 1 hour minimum.
For any time changes, please contact your provider or your assigned Helpr Network Sitter directly.
- Your assigned Helpr Network Sitter’s phone number is in your app while the booking is upcoming and active.
- Helpr Network Sitters will do their best to accommodate your request.
- You can also reach out to Helpr Customer Support for assistance and we’ll be happy to reach out to sitters for you and make adjustments for you during business hours.
For under time scheduled:
- For care with Helpr Network sitters: If care was shortened to less than 4 hours, we will still charge the 4 hour minimum. We do this out of respect for the sitter’s time and this helps us keep top babysitters happy and available for the next time.
- For care with your personal uploaded providers: You can book your provider in whatever arrangement works best for you and your provider but the bookings themselves will need to each be at least 1 hour.
