How will I be billed?

After a booking is completed, you will be charged your copay (if you have one) within 3 business days and the hours will also be taken out of your benefits package. This will be reflected in your account under ‘past bookings,’ and a receipt will be emailed to your registered email address. 


Your hours are billed at a copay rate until you utilize your full benefit package. You can track your hours usage on the 'profile' page in your app. To book Helpr Network sitters after utilizing your full benefit package, please create a new account as an individual.
