How many children can a Helpr Network Sitter care for at once?

• Helpr has a 4:1 child to sitter ratio in line with childcare best practices. We have this in place to support safety, especially of young children.
• We would be happy to work with you to match with more than one Helpr Network sitter when you need care for more than 4 children.
  • Please place multiple requests in your Helpr app and make sure to list in the booking notes that you are requesting to book with multiple sitters for the reason that your care need includes more than 4 children.
  • Please note, you may only book care through your benefit for dependents. Care for non dependents is not covered by employee benefits.

• When booking care with your uploaded providers, the ratio of those needing care to those providing care is at the discretion of you and your providers.
