How do I receive my center care reimbursement?

After you upload your hourly or daily center receipt to the app, you’ll get an email with a link to create an account to receive your reimbursement through Stripe.

We'll verify the details and your available benefit hours for reimbursement. The approval process takes just two business days. If this is your first reimbursement, please set up a payment account. 

Important for setup:

• Create the account with the same email you use for Helpr.

• Select "Individual / Sole Trader" for type of entity.

Stripe usually takes 3-5 business days to transfer funds, depending on your bank. The first payment may take a little longer for security purposes.
