When can I submit receipts for center care reimbursement?

Reimbursement receipts for center care must have occurred and be submitted within the time frame of your company's current benefit term with Helpr.

For example,

• If your benefit term with Helpr is January 1st 2025 - December 31st 2025, receipts for care within January 1st 2025 - December 31st 2025 must be also submitted within that same time frame and will use your hours from that benefit term.
