When can I submit receipts for center care reimbursement?

Reimbursement receipts for center care must have occurred and be submitted within the time frame of your company's current benefit term with Helpr. We encourage you to submit your reimbursement requests at least 5 days before the end of each benefits term.

For example,

  • If your benefit term with Helpr is January 1st 2024 - December 31st 2024, receipts for care within January 1st 2024 - December 31st 2024 must be also submitted within that same time frame and will use your hours from that benefit term.

For benefit terms ending December 31st, 2024, reimbursement requests submitted after 10am PST on December 31st, 2024 will not be processed. Payment accounts must also be set up by this time to receive reimbursement.
