How will my provider be paid?
Providers will set up a direct deposit* account with Helpr using our payment system through Stripe. We'll guide them through the set up process after you upload them in your Helpr app.

When will my provider be paid?
Providers can expect to see funds in their accounts within approximately 4 business days following the care provided for an accepted Helpr booking. To receive payments on this schedule, providers must accept the booking before care.
For first-time users of Stripe, the first payment may take up to 7 business days. To help providers get paid quickly for their care, we’ll send them a penny as soon as their account is set up.
How is my copay determined?
Your copay is determined by your benefit plan, and your provider's rate when you enter it into the app. We'll charge your copay if you have one separately from paying your provider. We'll always pay your provider their full hourly rate so no need to pay them directly.
