Can I be reimbursed for care not booked on the Helpr app?

All bookings with personal uploaded providers and Helpr Network sitters need to be placed within the app for coverage. We do not reimburse for any providers or hours used that were not booked on the Helpr app and we cannot reimburse retroactively.
