What information do I submit when I upload a provider?
When you upload a provider for approval, the app will ask you for the following:
- Provider's first name
- Provider's last name
- Provider's email address
- Provider's relationship to you (mother, father-in-law, friend, sitter, etc.)
- The zip code you primarily make bookings with your provider in
- The hourly rate of your provider - please agree upon one rate prior to uploading them - the app will let you know what your hourly copay is. If you'd like to change the rate at any time, please contact Helpr Customer Support.
