What is Care Finder?

Care Finder assists families in finding long-term or temporary primary caregivers for anyone covered by your benefit. Helpr Care Consultants provide a compassionate approach in sourcing and selecting care programs depending on your parameters including your budget, care philosophies, schedule, and special interests. You'll receive 1:1 consultations to figure out the right solutions for their family.

Care services Care Finder can help you source:

• Nannies, daycares, full-time caregivers for children and adults, occasional sitters, etc.  
• Backup care providers to upload for intermittent subsidized care through the Upload Your Own Provider program
• And more!

Please note, full time nannies are ineligible for your backup care benefit hours and cannot be uploaded as providers.
