I used backup care outside of the app - can my benefit pay for it?

If you are using in-home care for children or adults, you must book your uploaded provider in the app to have your care subsidized. In-home care cannot be reimbursed retroactively

If your benefit package includes care reimbursement, you must upload an hourly or daily receipt in the app for review. Check your email for a link to set up your account for payments. Once approved, a subsidy reimbursement will be sent directly to your bank account.\
