Who can I use my benefit for?

Employees may be able to use their benefits for short term care for their own needs, their children for whom they are the parent/guardian, adult dependents, or their coparent/spouse.

Your benefits provide coverage for a variety of family members, which may include but are not limited to:

• A family member that lives in your home for whom you are the parent/guardian; your child, stepchild, foster child, grandchildren
• Yourself, or your coparent/spouse for adult/eldercare            
• Your mother, father, or mother-in-law/father-in-law for adult/eldercare
