How long does the provider approval process take?
Our provider approval process takes 1-3 business days for most cases, typically you'll hear back within 24 hours! We will email you regarding your provider's approval and we will email your provider with instructions for setting up their profile.
Once your provider is approved, they will need to set up their profile before you can book them for care in your Helpr app. You'll receive a second email letting you know when they're ready to be booked for care through Helpr.
